EXCELLENT SERVICE AWARD CEREMONY (APC) IN 2022
The 2022 Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) Excellent Service Award Ceremony (APC) took place successfully on 26 June 2023 (Monday) at the UMK Kota Campus Entrepreneurship Hall.
The objective of organizing the APC Council Program is to recognize and reward staff who have achieved outstanding performance in their service at the University.
This program aims to motivate University people, celebrate retirees, appreciate the Service of staff who have served for 20 years, appreciate the Loyal Service of staff who have served for 30 years, as well as promote excellence in the environment, safety, and occupational health.
A total of 102 APC recipients, 4 Loyal Service Award (AJS) recipients, 6 Devotion Service Award (AJB) recipients, 3 compulsory retirees (Jan-June 2023) and 1 PTj/Department received the Outstanding Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Award 2023.
The impact of organizing this program is to give recognition and appreciation to staff who achieve excellent performance, which will increase work spirit and pride among University members. They will feel valued and considered important and increase their motivation and productivity, in addition to being able to foster a sense of family and improve relationships between members of the University.
At the same time, by giving recognition to excellence in the environment, safety, and occupational health, this will promote awareness and best practices in those aspects, enhancing the University's excellence in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all members of the University.
